I get all my needs met here! Never thought I'd be a yogie but i am and proud of it! Since having my 2nd son 7 months ago my anxiety was through the roof and my after body wasn't appealing to me. I took a gamble on Sage cause they had a great promotion for 1st time members. $39 unlimited mat classes for 1 month. First class i felt no anxiety and i worked out muscles i never knew i had. The environment is pure, positive and a safe place to let yourself go and focus on yourself. Which is exactly what i needed in my life. After 4 months of being a member i developed so many friendships with their awesome instructors and fun members. Im healthy, strong, not anxious and i feel amazing. And when i feel amazing im a better mom and wife. Thank you Sage (Reyna & Lee) for all the classes you offer that accommodates everyones needs and wants.
